There are very different opinions regarding FRC, the best thing is to try different settings until you are happy with results. Here are my screen capture settings:

Set Key Frames Every: 200 frames
Capture Frames Every: 33 milliseconds

Playback Rate: 30 frames/second

I had to tweek these settings until I finally achieved the best result. These settings will depend on background, screen movement, recording area size and other variables. So, start recording and play with different settings until you are happy with the final results.
